Convention Details

Convention Schedule: 

Saturday 13 October, 2012:

  • 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.: Doors open for stall holders and vendors to load-in and set-up.
  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. : The convention will be open.
    During this time will be the Best Dressed Themed competition as well as workshops and presentations.
  • 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. : Load out and clean up from Convention

Vendor Stalls

Each AetherCon, we have a set number of stalls of various sizes depending on your requirements.

Stalls:

  • Standard 1m x 2m
    includes: table, table cover and 2 chairs
  • Large 2m x 2m
    includes: Table, table cover and 2 chairs
  • Double 3m x4m
    includes: Table, table cover and 2 chairs

Extra costs:

  • Internet:
    If your stall requires an internet connection and you cannot provide your own, Organisers may be able to do this on your behalf, costs are approx $20 set up, plus data charge.
  • Extra Tables:
    If you require an extra table for your stall, simply let us know, each table is $20 and organisers require confirmation of this prior to the event
  • Chairs:
    Extra chairs may be available for large/double stall spaces, vendors are welcome to bring their own free of charge.

Registration for a stall is required by September 1st, with payments required by October 1st.
